About Synagentis

A permanent capital platform focused on unlocking enduring structural growth.

Overview

Synagentis is a holding company and operating platform with a permanent ownership mindset.

We acquire, build, and support businesses where thoughtful structural intervention can unlock disproportionate and enduring growth.

We align ownership, capital, and operating engagement to identify and activate latent potential within businesses and across ecosystems.

Our Philosophy

Many businesses possess untapped potential constrained not by market demand, but by positioning, ecosystem or untapped routes to market.

Synagentis focuses on identifying these leverage points and acting deliberately to unlock growth. This may involve repositioning a business within its ecosystem, expanding product scope, improving distribution pathways, or aligning capital and execution more effectively.

We operate with a long-term perspective and partner selectively where we can contribute meaningfully to enduring value creation.

Platform

Synagentis operates through a unified platform spanning acquisition, advisory, capital investment, and incubation.

This allows us to both own and actively support businesses, while developing internal solutions to enhance performance across the portfolio.

This integrated model enables Synagentis to act with flexibility — as owner, investor, advisor, or incubator — directing our capital, resources and institutional energy at the specific areas where disproportionate structural opportunity exists.

Founder

Synagentis was founded by Dan Sincavage, an entrepreneur, operator, and investor with experience building, scaling, and exiting enterprise technology businesses.

He co-founded Tenfold, raising over $40 million in capital and exiting at approximately 18× revenue. He later held senior leadership roles at public enterprise software companies, including LivePerson and most recently PROS, where he led global alliances and ecosystem strategy and helped scale partner-led growth as a primary driver of the company’s $1B+ acquisition by Thoma Bravo.

His experience spans venture-backed and public companies, with a focus on identifying structural growth opportunities across positioning, ecosystem development, creative routes to market and M&A.

Synagentis was established to acquire, build, and support businesses where these capabilities can unlock enduring value.

Ownership Mindset

Synagentis operates with a permanent ownership mindset and does not rely on fixed investment timelines.

We seek to build enduring businesses and act with discipline and long-term alignment.
